Feeling better.

I’m finally feeling like myself again. I started working out Sunday morning with just an easy walking DVD. Yesterday I did a walking DVD and a Jillian Michael’s 30-minute workout with weights. Today was another easy day with just a walking DVD and a 10-minute jump rope workout. I’m planning on easing back into my workouts slowly since I don’t want a relapse.

Grandma's Birthday card

I finally felt well enough on Thursday last week to make Grandma’s birthday card. She probably hasn’t received it yet but I know she got the flowers we sent.
