My glutes are much sorer today than I expect. I blame Sunday’s workout. I’m not sure if it was the 4 sets of mountain climber-like donkey kicks I managed to do before switching to the “easier” butt kick option or if it was the one-legged pogo jumps. Either way, walking hurts. Yesterday, I did a shoulder and arm workout to let my lower body rest… This morning I woke up from cramps before Dixie even started her morning wake up call.
