Most days, during the week, I stay up once I give the cat her meds but today my upper body hurt from the back/bicep workout I did Sunday and yesterday’s chest/shoulder/triceps workout. So I decided to go back to bed. I got an extra 3 hours sleep and I’m planning on not exercising at all today. Hopefully, I’ll feel recovered and ready tomorrow. Because, honestly, I don’t enjoy working out but I know I should so I make myself do it. It’ll just be five days this week instead of my usual six.
