Collection of weights from Tuesday’s workout.

My glutes are sore. It’s my own fault. It’s been way too long since I did my lower body workout with weights. Before Christmas I think. Tuesday I made myself do the workout knowing that I’d be sorry later. UGH. Yesterday was hard. I did a light walking DVD. Once I got started, I felt pretty good but later on I was pretty sore. I probably should have done something else so today I did a back/biceps workout and tomorrow will be chest/shoulders. I need to mix up my cardio with weight training again. I know the next few times will be painful but it’s my own fault for stopping to begin with. I was lazy. Honest.

I took another walk today and made it almost to the end of the trail again. They were doing maintenance on the last section so figured I’d turn around.
