I slept in a bit this morning, but, after I dropped DH off at the train, I made myself go to the gym. I did 30 minutes on the stair master (I still have a love/hate thing with that machine) and then 20 minutes on the rower before doing some leg weights and calling it good. I didn’t get home until after 10:30 so I decided to skip breakfast completely and just have an early lunch.
Now, I’m ready to start the day.
